The way we work

We value an organization where everyone can contribute to the strategy and the company’s development. We do not believe in classical management but rather in autonomy and initiative. Furthermore, we are fully transparent on company figures and salary, and we believe that this transparency encourages trust.

Here at Cycloid we prefer to make decisions collectively, colleagues should always feel that they have an impact on company decisions. That’s why for any important decisions we try to involve the whole team – or the whole company – via chat or company-wide meetings.

Everyone at Cycloid has an opportunity to contribute directly to our success. We don’t like micro-managing people – we believe most people can set their own goals and targets, with help and communication from the rest of the team.

At Cycloid we share collective successes equally among the team. Whether it’s good customer feedback, successful feature launch or a big sales win, credit is given where credit is due. Financial successes are shared through a quarterly benefits program.
